Do we have to age

Do you have to age?
Scientists tackle aging with ongoing research and more answers than ever

Time passes. Nothing we can do about that. But is it inevitable to suffer the decline in appearance and ability because of age?

People have been asking that question probably as we've been around. Dating back thousands of years, experts have found references to attempts to retain youthful energy, flexibility, looks, use of all the senses, sexual drive and performance, and overall health. And for as long as people have been interested in the effects of aging, scientists have studied and tried to answer these questions:

One study conducted in 1992 (Dr. Don Strassberg, Department of Psychology, University of Utah) suggested that in North America, over 40% of men reported having some form of sexual or erectile problem at some point in their lives. This is good news for many of us, because it means we’re not alone and that there is treatment available.

While it is true that erection problems tend to become more common as we age, it is not a natural part of aging – the loss of full sexual function is not an inevitable part of aging. Erection problems are usually the by-products of other issues, meaning that if we address them properly, we can get back much if not all of our sexual performance.

A healthy sex life doesn’t need to dwindle as we age, and now there are ways to prevent it from happening.
